PredictX - USDT Prediction Market

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PredictX ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. PredictX reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction. PredictX is not available to residents of the United States, China, or any OFAC-sanctioned countries. By using the Platform, you confirm you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction.

3. Platform Description

PredictX provides a decentralized prediction market platform where users may trade YES or NO outcomes on real-world events using USDT stablecoin. The Platform uses Automated Market Maker (AMM) technology on BNB Chain and TRON networks.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password and 2FA codes. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. PredictX is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

5. Funds and Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in USDT on supported networks. PredictX is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or using incorrect networks. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Minimum withdrawal is 10 USDT. Network fees apply to withdrawals.

6. Trading and Markets

Markets are created and resolved based on publicly verifiable real-world events. PredictX reserves the right to cancel, modify, or void any market in cases of technical errors, oracle failures, or disputed outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) manipulate markets or engage in wash trading; (b) use automated bots without written permission; (c) engage in money laundering or fraud; (d) attempt to compromise platform security; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Risk Disclosure

Prediction market trading involves significant financial risk. You may lose your entire investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade funds you can afford to lose. Risk Disclosure

9. Limitation of Liability

PredictX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.
